Messages
Splynx is able to send different types of messages to all customers. Email messages can be sent using SMTP servers and SMS messages are sent via SMS API gateways. Tickets are special types of messages which are updated from either the customer or the administrator's side. News in Splynx are messages which are displayed in customer portal when he logs in.
